For the first interview it was a group of approximately 20 people, and we all took a tour of the warehouse and they sent us home, the second interview I came in by myself and walked around the warehouse again with them, and got the job. The process took 3 days. It was pointless, they should have just called me and said that I was hired. Make sure to slag off Lidl, they have an intense rivalry and will appreciate knowing that you're loyal. Just be polite,smile and show team work values. Well, this strategy paid off today, as I just got a phone call asking me to come in for an interview at Aldi for an assistant apprenticeship role I applied for a couple of weeks ago.
