There was a garden with an outside play area to keep kids entertained. Place was clean but what makes me want to visit again is the staff. Tea is good at this bar. I am so pleased that you had a great couple of nights with us, found the rooms to be clean and comfortable and had a good nights sleep enjoying breakfast during your stay. Been today with my partner for a 3 course festive meal there was plenty of food on the plates couldnt eat everythin, the staff were brilliant very hepful and compliments to the chef the food was amazing i would highly recomend! Had our Christmas meal here today after deciding to change from where we used to go and have got to say it was excellent! We look forward to welcoming you back very soon.

Went to the Brentwood for Christmas day lunch nightmare no organisation staff looking blank , our meal sitting was 1.30 we eventually got shown to a table at 3 o'clock which was not set had to stand there while the waitress clear the table another 15 minutes got seated had to keep going and find some one to fetch our first course at 4 o'clock each course after I had to search someone out to demand we gother fed at 5.15 we gave up with out having all our courses , I have no idea why it was such a mess so many people I feel the hotel was greedyou and took to many bookings .never again our Christmas day was spoilt we where all stressed and angry by the end of what should have been a lovely Christmas lunch shame on you Brentwood !!!!!
