cineplex store app not working on xbox one

I'm getting low volume on my Samsung TV. So it did work at one point. Get the Cineplex experience at home and download the Cineplex Store app on your smart TV. Edit 2: Checked the Cineplex support site, and apparently they’ve dropped support for all Xbox devices entirely.
