Had a mix of different management attitudes where most were relaxed and wanted the day to be as fun as possible while still doing what needed to be done but, there will always the ones who want to govern everything by the rule book and not care about how they treat people and the end up somehow feeling like somehow they're the victim.

They didn't address and correct any of the major issues staff had, they only cared about making as much money for Odeon as possible and at our expense.
