The pros:  brand new facilities, free underground parking, first-run films, plush high back recliner seats, ample leg room, stadium seating layout and clean theatres + bathrooms (thus far).Cons:  concession prices higher than usual, expensive tickets even for matinees, garish colour scheme, and my personal favourite - that damned insipid advertising that repeats before film previews. I don't complain much of average movie theaters but I'm really surprised and happy to have this one... A huge and nice establishment with floors and floors of theaters, a concession stand on each floor and steep auditorium seating inside each theater. I don't care about Jada Pinkett Smith's new nurse drama or that new trauma show on NBC! This is my favorite theatre in all of Seattle I always get so disappointed when they don't get the movies I want to see because they have the best seating than most other theaters in the area and are very nice and clean and I often get free popcorn with my regal crown club card. The theater itself is clean, the seats are very comfortable, and the concessions are standard Regal Cinema fare although the popcorn has been on the salty side and not quite as good as at most other theaters. On the other hand heir small drink is HUGE, so at least you get a lot for your $4+. Forced to burn eleven calories before watching my movie...inhumane. Parking is underground & free, a plus!

Upsides:Great movie selections with lots of time options, pretty comfy seats, delicious popcorn, nice big theatres with plenty of seating and large screens.Downsides:Quite pricey for both tickets and snacks and a bit chilly (I bring a jacket or throw blanket).Overall:I recommend.

The service here has been good each time I've visited although nothing really stands out as extraordinary. You just can't avoid the other stuff because they are forced previews on a DVD.
