one man show perfume review

I am 55 years of age. Everyone commented on the projection and longevity on this and my skin ate it up.

Not bad, but not good either. 'One Man Show' by Jacques Bogart could be easily described as a lighter version of Polo Green by Ralph Lauren. My OMS came in. I was very disappointed in One man show. It has a very flat quality through out it's duration and it's very uninspiring. I like the style from this time, 1980, but I get an air freshener smell that makes it a neutral for me. Not a bad fragrance, but not my favorite. One Man Show is very green, but not fresh and crisp. FragranceNet.com is an independent retailer carrying genuine brand name fragrances, skincare, haircare, candles and makeup. Bogart's One Man Show has a reputation preceding it, of its hyper masculine demeanour, and being able to clear rooms on account of its strength. I purchased an original bottle for less than € 10,00, a convenient affair and now i enjoy to wear it just when i'm in a classic, "gray/green" and nostalgic mood.

This is a neutral for me--just barely.

Very masculine and powerful.

It's not good, not the current formulation. But don't let the time period, reformulation or insanely low price keep you from owning this one. I guess I'm not a big incense fan because when I smell this one up close and get a big whiff of the incense I cringe a bit.

My wife loves it so much and can detect it from a far distance.

I live in a tropical country where it's warm climate one man show last the entire day I have used this product for years now. You can also detect a touch of incense in the amalgam which leads gradually the transition from the slightly "cosmetic" top to the smoother dry down.

It's kitschy, yet has a charm of it's own. I really love its dry down and the classic 80's gentlemanly green vibe. i smelled this perfume when i was pretty young and it got to me pretty good. One Man Show must be one of the most audacious names for a masculine fragrance I have ever seen, to the point of initially staying away from it when I first saw the stuff in mall perfume kiosks. Duration is excellent and sillage is good based on a moderate application. Frankly i don't find this fragrance so powerful or loud on my skin. Lasts 5-7 hours on skin and clothes. To be honest I didn't expect that much from this fragrance based on my experience with "Silver Scent" also from the brand which is terrible in my opinion but "One Man Show" really surprised me! This is actually a very pleasurable scent and quite wearable mind you that turned out to be far better then what I was even expecting but, there's a few minor let downs to One Man Show for me personally although they're not the big deal at all, really. From a distance it is pleasant enough and considering it's under $10 for a 100ml bottle it's worth having in my wardrobe. Eventually (an hour or so into wear) a more pronounced woodsy/cedar and nutmeg accord sort of floats up and out adding interest. I almost want to give this a thumbs up.

Secondary notes of roses and woods are muddled beneath the herbaceous top notes.

since then i have been searching for this fragrance and i finally found it. A bold new modern-day interpretation of unforgettable ONE MAN SHOW.this one is a spark in the eyes,an intrepid smile that knows no fear and fears no one,an amused silence.this fragrance blends tradition and modernity.the nice balance and harmony of notes is both delicious and divine.it is fresher and less mature than the original.

I'm not saying this is a flanker, but just a continuation of a dry, aromatic theme in a more boisterous and noticeable direction.

I don't like it anymore because its too sour on my skin now.

This cologne features a dry woods scent mixed with hints of moss and tobacco to create a unique fragrance that always makes an impression. Very Manly perfume.
