You're right about the website being super lacking as far as card activation goes. This process seems dumb as you can't just activate the card without going through the process of selecting a movie to see.

I got my card in the mail and was worried that it still said "processing". The reason I ask this is that in the slickdeals forum a few days ago, they were sharing a specific URL you had to load and apparently (though it was debated heavily) use Internet Explorer in order to activate your card properly. So I'm hoping I get my card this week. Once submitted, the gift card will be activated and ready for use within 24hrs. Lifesaver.
