As I sit here writing we received an apology and drink comp after being told the table next to us had the same issue with burnt cheese, which is now the burnt bottom of the batch...  bottom line, food is promising and we will give it another try.

When we asked about it (after waiting an extra long time for food following a "kitchen mishap-their words" we were told that the chef said it was supposed to be smokey. A lot of visitors order delicious craft beer, draft beer or bourbon. We rank these hotels, restaurants, and attractions by balancing reviews from our members with how close they are to this location. We had read several positive comments about the Shrimp and Grits and the Chicken and Dumplings, along with the Deviled Egg appetizer ($8). That's like 6 dozen eggs at the market. Continue your visit to www.tripadvisor.com, Face masks required for staff in public areas, Hand sanitizer available to guests & staff. You are to be pleasantly impressed with affordable prices at Walker's Tap & Table. Won't do that again. Is this your restaurant? The fries were pretty good.

Must have been the same hen that laid the $8 eggs! Again, the prices are on the highest end for what you get, the food is interesting but not amazing, and the atmosphere is very loud and crowded. The good was excellent and well seasoned. Walkers is a welcome addition to Glenwood. Everyone else enjoyed their meal as well. Anthony. For appetizers, the Fried Green tomatoes are cooked perfectly with a light crispy coating.

Distance: 0.09 miles, Penn Oaks Winery ($$) -Crab and corn chowder was smokey and creamy with generous chunks of crabmeat to balance the sweet corn. My wife said the same thing about her portions ... much more than she expected to received and the food was outstanding. People mention that the service is fabulous here.
